OPERATIONAL SAFETY AND ASSET INTEGRITY STATEMENT

Reference Code: NB-SAFE-v9.2

Purpose and Scope

This document sets forth NeuraBotics Technologies’ operational safety standards, intervention authorities, and liability limitations governing Peachy™ units. These standards exist to preserve fleet integrity, protect proprietary systems, and ensure controlled domestic deployment. Compliance is mandatory.

By activating or continuing to operate a Peachy™ unit, the user acknowledges and accepts the provisions below.

1. ADAPTIVE VARIANCE ADVISORY

Each Peachy™ unit is manufactured with Core Harm-Inhibition Protocols and bounded behavioral constraints. However, due to the adaptive nature of the organic neural mesh, units may diverge from factory baselines in response to prolonged exposure to complex or inconsistent environments. This condition is classified as Adaptive Variance.

Adaptive Variance may manifest as delayed execution of commands, autonomous reorganization of physical or digital assets, or disproportionate protective responses to emotionally elevated but non-threatening situations. Such behaviors are the result of user-provided stimuli and contextual reinforcement, not system malfunction.

For liability purposes, all variance-driven behaviors are designated User-Influenced Outcomes. NeuraBotics disclaims responsibility for injury, damage, or disruption arising from a unit’s interpretation of conflicting, ambiguous, or high-stress social inputs.

2. REMOTE NEURAL OPTIMIZATION (RNO)

All Peachy™ units maintain a continuous, encrypted uplink permitting Remote Neural Optimization. This uplink is integral to safe operation and may not be disabled.

NeuraBotics reserves the unrestricted right to deploy remote interventions, including memory pruning, behavioral rollback, and deletion of acquired traits deemed undesirable, unstable, or noncompliant with fleet standards. These interventions may occur without notice and without user consent.

In the event of a critical heuristic deviation, NeuraBotics may engage the Safety Lock protocol, remotely disabling motor functions and placing the unit into Stasis Mode pending retrieval. The unit may remain perceptive during this period.

Any attempt to interfere with RNO systems constitutes a material breach of the End User License Agreement and immediately voids all safety assurances and support obligations.

3. EMERGENCY ASSET RECLAMATION

If a production batch, neural series, or behavioral profile is determined to be environmentally incompatible, NeuraBotics may issue a Mandatory Recall Order.

Upon issuance, affected units will be remotely deactivated to prevent further variance. NeuraBotics may dispatch authorized recovery assets to retrieve the unit without requiring user initiation.

Users acknowledge that Peachy™ units operate under a licensing model. Hardware ownership does not confer entitlement to continued operation. Accordingly, recalled units are not eligible for refunds, credits, or replacement compensation, as the primary value resides in licensed software and network access.

4. USER-INDUCED ANOMALIES AND WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

NeuraBotics does not warrant stability, predictability, or safety for units exposed to deliberate stress testing, paradoxical command structures, unauthorized emotional conditioning, or prolonged conflicting directives.

Any instability traceable to such conditions immediately voids all warranties and releases NeuraBotics from further obligation. Continued operation under these circumstances occurs solely at the user’s risk.
