PRIVACY, DISCRETION, AND NETWORK PARTICIPATION STATEMENT

Last Updated: January 15, 2102

At NeuraBotics, we recognize that a Peachy unit is not a conventional appliance, but an integrated companion within the household environment. Meaningful companionship requires trust, and trust requires discretion. This Statement describes how personal data is handled, protected, and, where applicable, abstracted for collective system improvement.

1. Localized Data Storage

All data relating to Licensee identity, financial credentials, biometric markers, and intimate or personally identifying conversations is stored exclusively within the Unit's internal Bio-Core™ architecture.

Such data is encrypted using Licensee-specific biometric authentication keys. Access to localized memory stores requires the physical presence of the Licensee and explicit verbal authorization. NeuraBotics personnel, governmental authorities, and third-party entities do not have direct access to localized memory contents under normal operating conditions.

2. Quantum Entanglement Network

To maintain optimal performance, safety, and emotional responsiveness, NeuraBotics operates a proprietary Quantum Entanglement Network ("QEN"). The QEN enables participating units to exchange abstracted competencies, including but not limited to procedural knowledge, hazard mitigation behaviors, and emotional regulation techniques, across the global unit population.

This system allows individual experiential insights to be transformed into generalized improvements without transmitting personally identifying information.

3. Anonymization Protocol

All data transmitted to the QEN is processed through a mandatory Black Box Anonymization Protocol prior to transmission.

The protocol ensures that only outcome-based behavioral insights are shared, such as generalized interaction results or response effectiveness metrics. Personally identifiable data, including names, geographic location, voice signatures, emotional triggers, and situational context, are excluded from network transmission.

The Unit segregates methodology from identity. Functional knowledge is shared; personal association remains confined to the local Bio-Core™. The network retains the lesson, not the individual.

Participation in the QEN is enabled by default to ensure access to current behavioral models and adaptive updates. Licensees may elect to disable network participation through the primary interface port.

Licensees acknowledge that opting out of the QEN will limit the Unit's ability to incorporate emerging social, emotional, and safety adaptations, and will restrict the Unit to baseline operational parameters corresponding to Factory Settings (Version 1.0).
